I had discovered that my 7 year old had lice on a Sunday late evening. The lice clinic of America of Vernon Hills was able to get me in first thing on Monday. Erin was fantastic and treated my daughter with care and sensitivity to the issue. Erin educated me about the treatment process and I felt comfortable knowing she was an expert in this. Highly HIGHLY recommend! They saw 6 of us after-hours the night before we left for vacation. It took 1.5 hours for everyone to get checked and for 1 treatment. If you have the unfortunate experience of discovering that your child has lice, this is the only way to go! Both my daughter and my son had lice. You may think a girl’s longer hair would be worse- and normally you’d be right- except my son has autism. He flips out just getting a haircut. Erin was amazing with my son! She calmed him down and was gentle and patient treating him- and he was not an easy customer. They were caring, compassionate and thorough. The school nurse was very impressed when checking the kids over- not a single nit. Thank you for eradicating this nightmare in one day!
